Jason Gallagher is the Director of Finance Operations at Our World Energy, a rapidly growing residential solar company headquartered in Phoenix, Arizona, with operations across Arizona, New Mexico, Colorado, and Texas. In his role, Jason is focused on driving operational excellence within the finance and project management functions—streamlining processes, improving timelines, and building systems that scale with the company’s growth.

With 24 years of experience in sales and operations, Jason began his career in the real estate and mortgage industries before transitioning to solar in 2013. He is known for building and leading high-performing teams that balance efficiency with integrity. Prior to joining OWE, Jason helped scale a solar company to over $130 million in annual sales and more than 150 employees, overseeing the installation of over 10,000 systems across multiple markets.

Jason is a servant leader who believes in empowering people to grow through action and ownership. His favorite phrase, “Follow me, I’m right behind you,” reflects his approach to leadership—supportive, team-first, and rooted in accountability. He brings a disciplined, metrics-driven mindset to meetings and operations, ensuring issues are clearly identified and solved at the source.
