Jason Gallagher is the Chief Operating Officer for Fusion Power Co, located in Chandler, AZ. Since stepping into the role, Jason has helped scale the company to over $100 million in annual sales and grow to more than 150 employees. Under his leadership, Fusion Power has installed over 10,000 solar systems and expanded to multiple locations. As COO, Jason oversees operations, including material procurement, fleet, facilities, project, and construction management.

With over 20 years of experience in sales and operations, Jason started his career in the real estate and mortgage industries before transitioning to solar in 2013. He is known for his expertise in building and managing teams that can scale efficiently. His leadership style is dynamic, blending an engaging personality with a meticulous attention to detail in finance and project management.

Jason follows a servant leadership philosophy, empowering his team to make decisions and grow.
